I am Professor of Economics at Charles University in Prague, Senior Lecturer at Anglo-American University, Prague, and Research Affiliate at the Meta-Research Innovation Center at Stanford. I specialize in labor economics, international economics, and meta-research, having published as corresponding author e.g. in the Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Labor Economics, and Nature Communications.

My work has garnered around 4,000 citations. In 2024 I received the Editor's Prize for the best paper published in Experimental Economics. I was honored with the Katerina Smidkova Award from the Czech Economic Society for the top Czech female economist. According to the RePEc I rank among the top 100 female economists globally.
